Product Certifications
US Drop Forge provides product-specific certifications for critical components. From valve yokes to chain links and forged rings, we’re the go-to provider for forged products our clients can rely on to meet their toughest specifications. We are certified to ISO 9001:2025 and comply with the EU Pressure Equipment Directive (PED). We hold NACE Certification and a Certificate of Conformance (COC), and our materials are subject to original mill test reports.

ISO 9001:2015 / PED Certification
US Drop Forge is certified to ISO 9001:2015, affirming our commitment to upholding high standards in our operations. We have upgraded our certification to include compliance with the EU Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) Annex 1 paragraph 4.3.
USMCA Certification
We are certified under the United States – Mexico – Canada Agreement (USMCA), affirming the origin of the components produced in our Woolwich Township, New Jersey, facility.
Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
All US Drop Forge materials are tested for potential safety exposure risks, as well as the physical qualities of our forgings. Our MSDS also lists precautions taken by our personnel to stay safe around our materials, processes, and products.
GHS Safety Data Sheet
We have reviewed all our material grades according to the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) of grading. Our GHS Safety Data Sheet lists all the pertinent details about the risks of exposure to these materials and alloys to ensure all our personnel are safe and informed.

Traceability and Testing
Each order is rigorously tracked, from the origin of the raw materials to the delivery of the finished parts. US Drop Forge uses Material Test Reports, which use the comprehensive online MetalTrace® database to make processed orders traceable from anywhere at any time. We are also committed to comprehensive testing — in addition to standard NDT offerings such as inspections, pressure testing, Positive Material Identification (PMI), and hydro testing, we offer a wide range of special product testing capabilities.
