Who We Are
US Drop Forge is a leading supplier of impression-die forged components for numerous industries, including petrochemical, naval, and flow control, to name a few. From our beginnings, our focus has been on quality and reliability, ensured by tight tolerance control processes and supply chain traceability. We’ve upgraded our facilities many times over the years to incorporate a modernized and advanced tool and die program to meet customer needs. To ensure our commitment to quality continues, our operations are certified to ISO 9001:2015, along with EU Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) certification.
Our History
In 1967, faced with a need to reliably source high-quality forgings for their company, Penn Machine Works, the Lafferty brothers, Charlie, Jake, and Ron, founded US Drop Forge. Based in Woolwich Township, New Jersey, the new forging operation was based on superior customer service from day one. US Drop Forge’s theme is vertical integration with an ironclad supply chain oversight, and we’ve expanded our scope to serve customers as far away as Europe, Asia, Australia, and South Africa.
